• 1-Why should I make my reservation from the website?
If you book directly from our official website you will always have a discounted rate and you will have more benefits such as Early Check-in free based on availability.
• 2-Why do you need my credit card details?
In general, your credit card details are only required due to the cancellation policy, as a guarantee for the hotel in case you don't arrive or cancel too late. This might result in a "no show" charge (generally the equivalent to one night stay) by the hotel.
• 3-Which credit cards do Aprilis Hotels accept?
We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards. We do not accept Traveller's Cheques or Amex.
We apply daily exchange rates announced by the Turkish Central Bank.
• 4-Are breakfast and taxes included in the room rates?
Yes, they are included.
• 5-Are there fitness or spa facilities in your hotels?
All three of our hotels have a fitness room and spa featuring:
Aprilis: fitness room+ sauna+massage room
Aprilis Gold: fitness room+sauna+massage room
Aprilis Plus: fitness room+ hammam+sauna+massage room
• 6-Can you arrange a transfer from/to the airport?
We can arrange transportation services to and from the airport via a company for an additional fee. Please contact our team for requests or detailed information.
• 7-Is there a shuttle from the airport coming directly in front of the hotel?
There are shuttles leaving from the airport. However, they do not drop off in front of the hotels. The easiest way would be to take the shuttle heading to Aksaray. Once you arrive at Aksaray, take the tramway and get off at Çemberlitaş station; The hotels are only walking distance from this point on.
• 8-Do you have a car park?
Aprilis Plus has paid private parking with valet service that is available for guests of our hotels, based on availability. Thus please inform our team before coming, to check that there is space for your car.
• 9-Are your hotels pet-friendly?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the hotel.
• 10-Are your hotels accessible for disabled people?
Aprilis: not accessible for disabled people.
Aprilis Gold: There is a direct entrance and a wheelchair available.
Aprilis Plus: There is a lift at the entrance and a room adapted for disabled people.
• 11-Can I pay with Euros, Dollars, Turkish Liras, or all? How can I exchange my money?
Yes, we accept all of them. There are many Exchange offices around our hotels where you can exchange your money easily.
• 12-At what time can I check in and at what time do I have to check out?
The earliest check-in time is 14:00. If there are clean and available rooms for the guests before the time we mentioned above, our reception staff will help you for sure. The latest check-out time is 12:00, noon. For the late check-out regulations, please contact the reception desk.
• 13-How can I change or cancel a reservation?
For all reservations made through agencies, you should contact your agency BUT for reservations made directly from our website, you should send us an email or call us.
• 14-Do your properties have a lift/elevator?
Yes, there is an elevator inside all of our hotels.
• 15-Is there a swimming pool?
No, there isn't a swimming pool in our hotels.
• 16-Is there something like a Museum Pass?
Yes, there is. You can receive it for a fee from the front desk if you advise at least 1 day before. You can get more information about this from the reception at your arrival.
